1. Mission
Offpitch.space publishes independent, fact-based articles about technology, history, and true crime stories. Our goal is to provide readers with verified information in a freely accessible form.
2. Principles
- Accuracy – we always try to support all claims with at least two independent sources.
- Independence – we reject political or commercial pressure; paid content is clearly labeled.
- Balance – for controversial topics, we reach out to relevant parties and request a statement.
3. Fact-checking
We primarily use primary sources (archival documents, official databases, eyewitness accounts).
We mark citations using URLs at the end of the article.
All images come from our own work, licensed stock libraries, freely available sources, or are generated using artificial intelligence.
4. Corrections and updates
We acknowledge mistakes and correct them without delay. For every article, we add a note: “Updated: DD. MM. YYYY”.
5. Conflict of interest
Authors disclose to the editorial team any financial or personal ties to subjects they write about. In case of a conflict, an independent editor takes over the piece, or the author does not publish it.
6. External contributors
Contributors agree to this code and provide contact details. The editorial team reserves the right to reject or edit the text.
7. Reader interaction
We accept tips and complaints at info@offpitch.space. We respond to relevant feedback within 3 business days.
8. Effective date
This code takes effect on February 6, 2026, and is publicly available on offpitch.space.
