Samsung says the expanded Scam Detection feature will initially be available in:

What Galaxy owners should check
Before assuming that a missing feature or update is a fault, verify four separate points:
- Update eligibility: Has Samsung explicitly confirmed stable One UI 9 for the exact model?
- Regional release: Has distribution started for the phone’s country and firmware variant?
- Carrier availability: Is the device using carrier-specific software that may follow a different schedule?
- Feature support: Is the particular tool available for the selected language, country and model?
The update itself and its individual features should be treated separately. A device may receive One UI 9 while lacking Scam Detection, particular Interpreter languages, repair booking or selected Galaxy AI functions. Until Samsung publishes broader regional schedules, the update prompt on the device and local notices in Samsung Members remain the most relevant indicators for an individual Galaxy phone.
